Job summary

Empower AI, a Reston-based leader in AI for government, seeks a Deployment Scheduler & Coordinator to support the DoS IT services enterprise-wide. You will manage PMO operations, develop schedules, and coordinate with Government reps to ensure on-time delivery.

Role requires 5+ years in IT project management, a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, and a Secret Security Clearance; CAPM/PMP and ITIL 4 Foundation or CompTIA Sec+ certifications are preferred. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management or PMO experience.
• Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
• Secret Security Clearance required or eligible.
• CAPM or PMP, ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA Sec+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support common tools and processes to track and manage projects.
• Coordinate with Government representatives for project execution and documentation.
• Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule for all operational elements.
• Engage with Product Teams throughout the product life cycle from planning through deployment and ongoing support.
• Facilitate regular collaboration sessions between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams to align requirements.
