Job summary

Empower AI, based in Reston, VA, seeks a Deployment Scheduler & Coordinator to support the Department of State. You will work in the PMO to assure operations run smoothly and deliverables support the customer’s IT services enterprise-wide.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in IT or related field, and a Secret security clearance; CAPM/PMP and ITIL 4 Foundation preferred. Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required.
• Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Preferred: CAPM or PMP, ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA Sec+ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide, maintain, and support common tools and processes to track and manage projects.
• Coordinate with Government representatives for project execution and documentation.
• Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule for all operational elements.
• Establish structured processes to engage with Product Teams throughout the product life cycle.
• Facilitate regular collaboration sessions between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams.
