Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Deployment Planning to support corporate deployment and itinerary planning.

This full-time onsite role reports to the Director, PMO & Operations and collaborates with stakeholders enterprise-wide to deploy analytics, refine data sources, and deliver insights across brands. You will own analytics initiatives, data pipelines, dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong analytical mindset.
• Experience supporting technical projects and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PPT.
• Knowledge of deployment planning or cruise industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop competitive and performance analyses for senior leaders.
• Partner with stakeholders to design new analytics and dashboards.
• Own data pipelines and validation across deployment tools.
• Measure forecast accuracy and drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects and document processes.
• Create presentations and trainings for internal and external use.
