Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group's Revenue Management Team in Miami welcomes a Revenue Strategy Analyst to help shape the company’s commercial direction through rigorous analytics and reporting.

You will build and maintain revenue dashboards in Power BI, perform ad hoc analyses with SQL on large data sets, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and International teams to forecast bookings and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and strong analytical capability.
• 1–3 years of data analytics, business analysis, or finance experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain revenue analytics tools and dashboards for pricing and performance.
• Extract and analyze data from large datasets using SQL.
• Combine data from multiple sources in Databricks, DBeaver, and similar platforms.
• Design and enhance Power BI reports used by cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop forecasting models for bookings and product sales.
• Create concise presentations translating analyses for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to answer questions and improve data sources.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and leverage AI tools.
