Job summary

Rivet is seeking a Deployment Strategist, Palantir Partnership to deepen the strategic relationship with Palantir and deliver greater value to customers across the Department of War and commercial enterprises.

You will spend significant time embedded with Palantir engineers, analysts, deployment strategists, and Rivet teams to identify customer problems, explore integration opportunities, and develop joint solutions that connect edge capabilities to enterprise decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deployment management, technical solutions, product, consulting, strategic partnerships, or business development in technology, defense, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with Palantir products and deployment methodologies; prior Palantir experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand hardware, software, and data integration.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into practical solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with engineers, analysts, and executives.
• Low ego, collaborative, eager to lead and execute.
• Experience delivering solutions to the Department of War or large commercial enterprises.
• Willingness to travel ~25–40% including onsite work with Palantir and customers.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Palantir: spend significant time onsite with Palantir teams to understand workflows and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for joint improvements and differentiated solutions across defense and commercial markets.
• Drive technical integration with engineering and product teams to build joint workflows.
• Develop and deliver demos; support customer engagements and co-selling opportunities.
• Own positioning and deepen the partnership by crafting compelling narratives tying frontline operations to enterprise decision-making.
