You will work with engineers and designers to translate field observations into scalable deployment strategies, with extensive travel across industries and locations.

Qualifications

• Active US Security Clearance at or above Top Secret level is required.

Responsibilities

• Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable pipeline.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions on product usage.
• Present results and future work proposals to analysts and executives.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Design to feed field insights into product offerings.
• Build and deliver demos to customers and scope engagements in new industries and locations.
