Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in a supply chain or production role in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Owns complex value chain across multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ability to relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health for key decisions.
• Develop and maintain MRP processes and master data.
• Drive initiatives like demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
