Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Demand and Supply Planner to develop and implement supply chain strategies, oversee demand forecasting, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. They lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and prepare forecast and inventory reports for senior leadership to help optimize performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years MRP/demand planning, supply chain planning, or inventory management.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent computer skills, especially Excel to aggregate/summarize large data and identify trends.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and performance focus.
• Ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand: create and maintain accurate demand forecasts from sales trends, historical data and market intel.
• Lead or participate in S&OP processes to align supply, demand and business objectives; reconcile gaps and plan scenarios.
• Develop integrated supply plans aligned to forecasts with procurement, repair and logistics teams for timely fulfillment.
• Optimize Depot and Corporate inventory to minimize excess stock and ensure availability.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the supply-demand network and propose adjustments.
• Develop and present forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
