Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of Merchandising experience.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-season decision support and forecasting for assortments.
• Lead open-to-buy process and category investment decisions.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and supply chain teams.
• Conduct scenario planning and what-if analyses to guide recommendations.
• Validate forecasts and communicate implications to stakeholders.
