Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Demand and Supply Planner to develop and implement supply chain strategies, oversee demand forecasting, and optimize inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. The role leads cross-functional teams and drives process improvements for overall supply chain success.

The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year plus a 10% bonus opportunity, with a hybrid onsite work arrangement and travel up to 10-15% as needed. Minneapolis–St.

Qualifications

• 3+ years MRP demand or supply planning experience.
• 3+ years ERP experience (Oracle or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand based on trends, history and market intel.
• Lead or participate in S&OP processes; align forecast with plans.
• Develop supply plans aligned to forecast with procurement and logistics.
• Optimize depot and corporate inventory to minimize excess while ensuring availability.
• Identify risks/opportunities in the supply-demand network and adjust.
