Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products in Warren, MN seeks an experienced Planning professional to manage demand-driven production planning and inventory optimization. You will coordinate across manufacturing, distribution, and sales to balance capacity with demand and improve on-time delivery.

Required are proven demand planning skills, ERP experience (NetSuite/SAP), and a track record of optimizing inventory while communicating recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in planning or similar role
• Experience managing many SKUs in a complex manufacturing env.
• Able to develop production plans and inventory strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans based on demand forecasts and inventory
• Improve forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization
• Coordinate Sales–Operations for capacity and demand alignment
• Analyze long-term demand to address capacity gaps
• Perform statistical analysis of sales trends for optimization
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on product launches and discontinuations
• Work with Customer Service and Logistics to improve order fulfillment
• Maintain ERP data fields driving planning and KPIs
