Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of demand planning or sales operations work.
• Excel experience – high level user.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales forecast creation with input from customers and commercial team.
• Facilitate and resolve planning issues as integration point between Sales and Operations / Purchasing.
• Review historical trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop models and evaluate forecast results.
• Provide insights in driving key decisions related to sales, inventory, and purchasing. Present findings and business recommendations.
• Key partner to commercial team providing input to growth and knowing “the story” behind the numbers.
• Leads quick-turn data requests from the commercial team to support opportunities and strategic decisions.
• Utilizes ERP and Power BI reporting to build account and territory-level data analysis.
• Leads new item and program launch forecasting in partnership with commercial team.
• Other projects, as assigned
