Job summary

Innersense Organic Beauty, known for organic hair care, seeks a Demand and Supply Planner to own demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supplier coordination. You will forecast demand, manage BOMs, and collaborate with production partners to balance costs and service levels.

You’ll work with NetSuite and NetStock, and support transitions to cloud-based planning tools while driving inventory health and product launches. This role is based in Walnut Creek, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience with BOMs, lead times, and production scheduling.
• Ability to reason about margins and prioritize trade-offs.
• Experience owning Open to Buy planning for international subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and plan inventory across product portfolio.
• Coordinate production with partners based on forecasts.
• Drive inventory optimization and risk management.
