Lenovo is seeking a Customer Collaboration Manager (CCM) for the Retail Business in Morrisville, NC. You will partner with Sales teams and external retailers to align demand plans with supply needs and drive forecasting improvements.

Qualifications

Experience in supply chain, customer collaboration, demand planning, inventory management, sales operations, or related function.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver results without direct authority.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage across customers, partners, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience leveraging reporting and analytics tools to drive business insights.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales teams and external retail customers to align on demand plans and translate business needs into supply requirements.
Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasting processes to support accurate planning and decision-making.
Monitor supply position against demand plans, identifying risks related to excess inventory, constrained supply, or potential shortages.
Build and manage a business management system that provides clear visibility into demand, supply, risks, actions, and business performance.
Highlight issues that may impact the customer and Lenovo, and lead collaborative problem-solving with Sales, Business Management, Supply Chain, and customers.
Analyze data trends, forecast accuracy, inventory positions, and supply outlook to support recommendations and action plans.
Communicate supply and demand insights clearly and succinctly to internal stakeholders and external customers.
Prepare and deliver effective business reviews, presentations, and status updates for leadership and customer discussions.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of supply and demand plans.
Support issue resolution in situations involving ambiguity, changing priorities, and incomplete information.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance planning effectiveness, visibility, and operational efficiency.
Contribute positively in a team environment, sharing insights, collaborating effectively, and supporting broader business goals.
