Avtron in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Demand and Operations Planning Analyst to align supply chain with production capacity and optimize inventory. You will support SIOP processes, forecast accuracy, and monthly reporting using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

The role requires a BA/BS in a related field and 5–7 years of experience in SIOP/data analysis, with strong SAP and analytical skills. This is an on-site position in a global supply chain team.

Formación

• BA/BS in Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle quick turnarounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal/external customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast monthly demand using past sales data, market trends, and CRM data.
• Align operations with supply chain capabilities and forecast demand.
• Support SIOP meetings with data and analysis.
• Monitor inventory with ERP systems and reorder points.
• Track KPI accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Collaborate on monthly forecasting with Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.
