Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a SIOP Analyst to connect demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial planning across the organization. The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, strengthening customer service, and highlighting risks and opportunities for leadership decisions.

The position involves building and refining demand plans with data inputs, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and driving cross-functional alignment to support executive SIOP reviews with accurate analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, demand planning, SIOP, IBP, or related discipline.
Strong analytical, financial, and systems-thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and continuously improve the monthly SIOP cycle (Portfolio Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-SIOP, Executive SIOP).
Develop and enhance SIOP dashboards, KPI reporting, and planning visibility tools.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across systems and stakeholders.
Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen SIOP maturity.
Lead resolution of critical planning issues, including shortages and demand-supply imbalances.
