Qualifications

• Works under minimal supervision and may act as a lead planner or subject matter expert.

• Accurate long-range and short-term demand forecasts supporting operational and business objectives.
• Improved forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and customer delivery performance.
• Effective coordination of demand planning activities across functions and programs.
• Timely identification and mitigation of demand, inventory, or supply risks.
• Accurate planning metrics, reporting, and operational analysis for leadership teams.
• Continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies and planning processes.
• Support of strategic planning, capacity planning, and operational decision-making.
• Technical mentoring and planning guidance.
