Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Manager to oversee the North America CHVAC Consensus Demand Plan and drive the SIOP process. You will partner with business leaders to align demand planning with strategic objectives and ensure forecasting accuracy across functions.

You will lead reviews, develop scenarios, and communicate actionable insights to executives while coordinating cross-functional inputs and improving forecasting methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain functions (S&OP, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Materials Management, Master Planning, Scheduling).
• Experience with demand planning tools and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel, SAP, Kinaxis and PowerPoint is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the 18-month consensus demand plan for the assigned BU within the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture inputs and improve forecasting models and methodologies.
• Integrate backlog, order pipeline, bookings forecast and market signals to create a consensus forecast.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions to challenge assumptions and refine the forecast.
• Analyze forecast performance and bias, and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on market trends and customer behavior to capture opportunities.
• Lead S&OP Demand Reviews and prepare data and minutes for executive review.
