Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own the end-to-end monthly Consensus Demand Planning process across our global organization. You will drive collaboration with multiple functions and external partners, using KPI metrics and statistical models to evaluate forecasts and assess impact on sales volume.

You will develop a rolling 24-month baseline forecast, document NPI scenarios, and secure consensus with sales, marketing, finance, and supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply and Logistics or 8 years of combined Demand Planning experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in monthly S&OP/IBP processes.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (med-device a plus).
• APICS/ASCM/IBF certification a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP data (SAP IBP, Kinaxys, Logility, O9) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView or SAP Analytics Cloud for BI and data solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly Consensus Demand Planning process across functions and partners.
• Develop rolling 24-month baseline demand forecasts using statistical analysis.
• Document scenarios for NPI and business state changes, including cannibalization.
• Achieve consensus demand plan among sales, marketing, finance, and supply.
• Coach BU Leaders and stakeholders in Demand Planning and execution processes.
• Lead Demand Planning discussions at monthly Consensus Meetings and IBP Demand Review.
• Own handoff of approved plans to Supply Planning with clear forecast changes and risks.
• Identify and manage excess and obsolete inventory risks.
• Maintain records, generate reports, and prepare presentations on Demand Plan performance.
