Job summary

DiversiTech Corporation in Duluth, GA, is seeking a Demand Planner to align forecasts with the sales plan, manage inventory for designated SKUs, and coordinate new product launches within an integrated supply chain. This role reports to the Manager of Demand Planning and focuses on service levels and inventory turnover.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in demand planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with replenishment systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain operations or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, and/or international procurement.
• Intermediate experience utilizing replenishment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels, including executives, carriers and customers.
• Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly consensus forecast with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations as part of SIOP process.
• Secures agreement from all departments on key assumptions and alterations to segment-level volume.
• Supports business and sales team plans through the Demand Forecast process.
• Examines supplier capabilities and lead-times to meet service levels; adds suppliers if needed.
• Communicates significant changes to downstream supply chain partners and ensures actions are taken.
• Manages SKU rankings and stocking strategies, including replenishment settings and new item launches.
