Job summary

Trystar, a leader in power solutions, is seeking a Director, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to lead end-to-end demand, supply, and inventory planning from Burnsville, MN. You will partner with Sales, Production, Finance, and Engineering to align business plans and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in SIOP/S&OP, demand planning, or related areas with leadership experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end SIOP in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong demand planning and forecast performance management.
• Inventory strategy development balancing service, working capital, and ops.
• Ability to influence across functions and partner with ERP/demand planning systems.
• Advanced analytical skills with BI tools and scenario modeling.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SIOP process and cadence across Demand, Supply, and Exec SIOP.
• Drive consensus-based demand planning with Sales/Commercial leaders.
• Develop inventory policies, targets, and segmentation.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to align supply with demand.
• Facilitate cross-functional tradeoffs for capacity, inventory, and lead times.
• Partner with Finance to connect SIOP to financial planning.
• Coach and develop a high-performing SIOP team.
• Establish and manage planning metrics and KPI.
• Lead Executive SIOP reviews and present data-driven recommendations.
