Job summary

Veritiv is seeking a Demand Planner based in our Norcross office with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on forecasting, planning and optimizing inventory levels in coordination with sales and operations.

You will monitor forecast accuracy, manage product introductions and drive consensus across Supply Chain to balance demand with supply. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning and S&OP processes.
• Knowledge of advanced planning systems (ERP/SCM).
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets.

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly demand forecast and analyze forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align with sales projections and operational requirements.
• Manage new product introductions to optimize service levels.
• Develop regular cadence with Sales Leadership to review demand plans and incorporate field intelligence.
• Coordinate regional rollout of marketing initiatives with Sales and Supply teams.
• Facilitate S&OP process to reach a consensus plan.
