Job summary

B&G Foods is seeking a hands-on Demand Planner to develop and execute demand and inventory plans across multiple food categories. You will collaborate with supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer support to meet service objectives and drive forecast accuracy.

The role involves leading forecast meetings, analyzing data, and improving forecasting methods while supporting S&OP processes and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning and demand management.
• Experience with DRP/MRP functionality and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly demand forecasts using the planning system (Dynamics).
• Lead consensus forecast meetings with Marketing and Sales to review forecasts.
• Support S&OP processes with data and analysis.
