Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Demand Planner to improve forecast accuracy and drive reliable demand planning across the organization. The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, and supply chain to align product launches and promotions with forecast assumptions and business goals.

The candidate will build 18-month demand baselines using statistical models, maintain master data, and monitor inventory risks across planning horizons. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of demand planning experience, CPG preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency essential.
• Experience with SAP or ERP tools desirable.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting abilities.
• Clear communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP processes and track KPIs against forecasts.
• Develop 18-month baseline demand forecasts using statistical models.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on launches and promotions.
• Maintain planning master data and ensure data quality.
• Monitor inventory risk signals and coordinate resolution.
• Use ERP tools to support exception-based planning.
