Sunny Sky Products, LLC seeks an experienced Forecast Manager to lead demand forecasting and consensus planning across products, customers, and channels. You will translate orders, sales inputs, market signals, and models into a clear demand plan that informs production, inventory, procurement, and financial decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP.
• Experience with ERP; SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability; BI/forecasting tools helpful.
• Experience in food/beverage or seasonal demand environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly statistical forecast cycle and publish the consensus demand plan.
• Lead weekly S&OP pre-meetings to identify demand/supply gaps and recommend actions.
• Prepare concise weekly status updates and executive pre-reads on forecast performance, inventory, risks, and decisions.
• Communicate forecast changes and launch updates to Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and KPIs; translate findings into practical recommendations.
