Job summary

Sunny Sky Products seeks a Forecast Manager to lead demand forecasting and consensus planning across products and channels. You will translate customer orders, sales inputs, and market signals into a clear demand plan to support production, inventory, procurement, and financial decisions.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to surface risks early, improve forecast quality, and align demand with supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, analytics, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, or related supply chain discipline.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability; BI or forecasting tools are preferred.
• Experience in food, beverage, consumer products, or seasonally driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly statistical forecast cycle and publish the consensus demand plan for the horizon.
• Build and review weekly forecasts; incorporate customer orders, promotions, and other signals.
• Lead seasonal demand and inventory planning across product categories.
• Participate in the monthly S&OP process and align demand, supply, and financial assumptions.
