Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC is seeking a Production Scheduler/Coordinator to own and optimize the PA production schedule and UT material plan. You will convert demand into an executable build plan, release Process Orders in SAP, and coordinate with the UT co-manufacturer to align material arrival and run adjustments.

This role collaborates with the Supply Chain Manager, Production Manager, and warehouse teams to ensure schedule attainment, inventory accuracy, and KPI tracking in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Associate degree or four years of related manufacturing work experience preferred.
Understanding and experience with ERP systems and planning tools (SAP experience strongly preferred).
Experience creating and managing Process Orders, STOs, and MRP within an ERP system.

Responsibilities

Owns the PA production schedule. Develops and maintains daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
Creates Process Orders in SAP to provide a sequenced, executable plan.
Coordinate with UT schedule and material requirements remotely; no on-site presence needed.
Monitor attainment, analyze variances, and report root causes with recovery plans.
Supervise Warehouse Associate and Materials Coordinator.
