Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC is seeking a Production Scheduler/Coordinator to own and optimize the PA production schedule and UT raw material plan. You will convert demand into executable builds, coordinate with the UT co-manufacturer, and ensure materials arrive on time for planned runs.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will create SAP Process Orders, monitor attainment, and communicate changes to production and purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4 years related manufacturing work preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools (SAP experience strongly preferred).
• Experience creating and managing Process Orders, STOs, and MRP within an ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns PA production schedule and maintains daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Builds Material Requirements Planning for UT and coordinates with sourcing.
• Creates and releases Process Orders in SAP as the planning instrument.
• Meets with production management daily to review attainment and adjust the plan.
