Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end supply chain for Conagra Brands and customers for downstream impacts.
• Challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities in logistics and service.
• Advocate for a customer-centric approach across the supply chain and learn key performance measures.
• Serve as primary supply chain liaison between Conagra Brands and assigned retail customers.
• Manage execution of customer logistics policies and programs.
• Oversee customer performance scorecards and KPIs and provide insights.
• Partner across functions to address efficiency and service improvements.
• Lead periodic supply chain business reviews and joint planning with customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support growth and profitability.
• Identify primary cost-to-serve drivers and develop cost-reduction action plans.
