Job summary

Harvest Food Group LLC in East Chicago, IN is seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Planner to lead the monthly S&OP cycle and align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives.

You will partner across Sales, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain to drive forecasting accuracy, inventory management, and operational performance, while supervising the Production Planner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP/IBF certification preferred.
• 5-7+ years in supply chain planning, demand planning, production planning, or S&OP.
• Food manufacturing or CPG experience preferred.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Plex or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle including demand and supply reviews and executive meetings.
• Develop rolling 18-24 month demand and supply plan.
• Balance customer demand with capacity, inventory, and financial goals.
• Present risks and mitigation plans to leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Procurement and Finance.
• Manage inventory targets, safety stock, and KPI metrics.
