Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Operations Lead for Alpharetta, GA, and Durham, NC, to drive service, inventory, and operational performance across the order-to-cash cycle. You will partner with Logistics, Sales, IBP, and Finance to identify risks and deliver reliable execution.

The role requires strong analytical skills, KPI focus, and experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP, and supply chain systems. Hybrid work arrangement includes 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of customer supply chain performance across order-to-cash, including service, inventory, and compliance metrics.
• Lead root-cause problem solving for service failures and execution issues.
• Partner with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Customer teams to align on supply and demand execution.
