Job summary

Hillman is seeking a Demand Planner II to own customer forecasts, align demand with sales, and support inventory goals. You will partner with the S&OP team on new product launches and leverage POS data to drive accurate planning and timely product availability.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate forecast implications to leadership. Office-based with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Experience in retail distribution or manufacturing planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain accurate demand forecasts in the planning system to support inventory goals.
• Collaborate with S&OP team on new launches and ongoing demand planning initiatives.
• Monitor trends and POS data to optimize forecasts and reduce variance with sales.
• Support monthly S&OP Demand workshops and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and drive improvements in forecast accuracy.
