Job summary

Haleon in Warren, NJ onsite three days a week is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to align Haleon supply chains with the business and lead collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and KPI delivery.

You will own demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP processes, and drive data-driven decisions using Excel and Power BI, with a focus on risk/opportunity management, lifecycle events and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with commercial teams and counterparts to understand full supply chain impact.
• Generate and analyze baseline forecasts to ensure robust demand signals.
• Support demand shaping through market intelligence and lifecycle management with supply chain and commercial teams.
• Analyze demand trends and the competitive landscape.
• Consolidate demand, scenarios, and assumptions for the Demand Review Meeting.
• Monitor plans for promotions and new products with commercial teams to evaluate plan effectiveness.
• Identify risks and opportunities to the forecast and elevate to commercial teams.
• Own shared KPIs: forecast accuracy, bias, OTIF, daily sales conformance, customer metrics.
