The Hillman Group is seeking a Demand Planner II to own the customer forecast, and work with the S&OP team on successful product launches. You will leverage marketing and POS data to build effective demand forecasts aimed at optimizing purchasing plans and meeting KPIs.

Responsibilities include aligning demand with the sales forecast, monitoring trends and inventory, and leading select projects. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field preferred, or 3-5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing and sourcing environment.
• Supply Chain experience within retail distribution sector preferred.
• Experience with complex logistics planning, transportation, and forecasting.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer forecast in the planning system and align with the sales forecast.
• Develop an accurate demand forecast in the planning system to drive supply planning and inventory objectives.
• Monitor demand forecasts, sales trends, service metrics and inventory position to meet KPIs.
• Support S&OP activities, project initiatives, and monthly Demand Workshops.
• Collaborate with Supply Planners and cross-functional teams to maintain fill rate performance.
• Limited domestic travel as needed.
