BSH Home Appliances Corporation in Irvine, CA is seeking a Demand Planner II to coordinate forecasting, bottom-up and top-down planning, and inventory management across our central and regional distribution network.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and production to adjust forecasts, schedule production, create purchase orders, monitor service levels, and drive process improvements. This is a full-time on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience required.
• 3-5 years of professional business experience required.
• Language skills: English (German helpful).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with a team of Demand Planners responsible for sales forecasting, allocation, and inventory management across the distribution network.
• Forecast analysis with Sales and Product Marketing to adjust for trends and promotions.
• Regulate short-term factory production based on forecasts and deviations.
• Schedule production with factories and expedite parts when needed.
• Create and maintain reports (sales, back orders, inventory) to aid cross-functional teams.
• Monitor fulfillment rates and ensure customer order/delivery targets are met.
