BSH Home Appliances Corporation – Top Employer US 2024 in Irvine, CA is seeking a Demand Planner II to join our supply chain team. You will coordinate a team of planners, manage sales forecasting, and ensure inventory deployment meets business targets across our central and regional networks.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of supply chain experience, strong Excel and SAP skills, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field.
• 3–5 years of supply chain experience required.
• English language proficiency required; German knowledge helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with a team of Demand Planners on sales forecasting and replenishment.
• Analyze historical sales figures and adjust forecasts with Sales and Marketing.
• Regulate short-term factory production based on forecast and deviations.
• Create purchase orders and monitor supplier production and shipping.
• Aim for 92% customer order/delivery fulfillment; monitor inventory allocation.
• Produce daily and weekly reports for factories, Sales, and Product Marketing.
