Job summary

Stryker Irvine is seeking a Demand Planning professional to lead cross-functional forecasting efforts. You will consolidate inputs from multiple sites, maintain a rolling 24-month demand plan, and coordinate with commercial teams on launches and lifecycle activities.

You will own the forecasting model and Demantra implementation, driving continuous improvement and ensuring data integrity while presenting insights to key stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 2+ years in Demand Planning.
• Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking; proficient in Excel, ERP systems and PowerPoint.
• Experience presenting insights and forecasts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison across sites to gather demand inputs and consolidate data.
• Lead OUS Executive Demand Plan Review and KPI adherence to IBP process.
• Develop and maintain a 24-month rolling demand plan.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on NPI/ M&A and PLM roadmap for launches.
• Communicate forecasts and insights to IBP and Supply planning teams.
• Own forecasting model and Demantra implementation; drive process improvements.
• Support adhoc projects and reporting as assigned.
• Coach team members on process improvements.
