Job summary

Home HT GmbH is seeking a Sr. Demand Planner in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role focuses on owning the enterprise demand forecast while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to enable strategic decision-making.

With 7-10 years of progressive experience in demand planning, the successful candidate will enhance the S&OP process and drive forecast accuracy through advanced analytics.

The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office attendance required three days a week.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of demand planning experience, preferably in CPG or FMCG.
• Proven leadership experience in S&OP / IBP environments.
• Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand forecasting process across all channels and product categories.
• Lead the demand planning pillar of the S&OP process.
• Proactively identify demand risks and opportunities for mitigation.
