Job summary

Teacher Created Materials seeks a Supply Chain Planner Analyst to analyze demand and align supply with forecasted needs. You will own planning for assigned product categories, collaborating with sales, production, and suppliers to convert ERP data into reliable plans.

You will drive inventory performance through process improvements, automation, and analytics, based in Huntington Beach, CA. Applicants must be located in or near this location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply or demand planning, purchasing, or operations.
• Experience using ERP systems and CRM platforms.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical and data modeling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand and supply plans using historical trends and forecasts.
• RFQ, create and maintain purchase orders, monitor backorders, expedite purchases.
• Interpret BOMs, specs, work orders to ensure continuity of supply.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers and production teams.
• Communicate risks and resolve issues to maintain product availability.
• Support sourcing initiatives, product launches, inventory accuracy and reporting.
• Maintain planning tools, spreadsheets, automation scripts, and reports for management.
