Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Demand Planner to drive weekly demand forecasts and build robust statistical models. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve forecast accuracy and support the Region S&OP process using JDA Blue Yonder and Excel.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and timely communication to optimize supply chain performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting, demand drivers, and seasonality.
• Experience with S&OP processes and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review statistical forecasts; analyze historical sales trends.
• Develop and maintain forecast models; improve forecast accuracy.
• Support regional S&OP planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare data for executive reviews and identify action items.
