Job summary

Cricut is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to manage a product portfolio and support North America demand-planning activities. You will forecast across products, channels and regions, analyze data, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain to embed insights into plans.

The role involves maintaining planning tools, leveraging AI-enabled analysis, and supporting S&OP processes to minimize risk and optimize inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an analytical discipline (Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, etc.).
• Background in Demand Planning, Corporate Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in ERP and MRP systems preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and planning tools; Tableau experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support data analysis, forecast review, reporting, and process improvement.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
• Customer focused, with the ability to constructively challenge assumptions and drive sound planning decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts across products, channels, customers, and regions.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activity, product changes, and business inputs to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to incorporate business intelligence into demand plans.
• Support the S&OP process by preparing demand inputs, highlighting forecast changes, and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to forecast, inventory, and supply availability.
• Support new product launches, product transitions, and end-of-life planning with timely and accurate forecasting.
• Monitor inventory and demand signals to identify potential supply constraints, out-of-stock risks, excess inventory, and other planning opportunities.
• Partner with Supply Planning and Customer Supply Chain to communicate demand changes, inventory risks, and recommended actions.
• Maintain demand-planning systems, tools, reports, data inputs, and forecasting assumptions.
• Monitor data accuracy and flag discrepancies or missing information.
• Use Excel, data-visualization tools, and AI-enabled tools to analyze forecasts, identify exceptions, and build repeatable planning-review tools.
• Maintain documentation and process guides for demand-planning workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, planning processes, and forecasting governance.
