Job summary

Coates Group seeks a Senior Demand Planner to develop and refine demand forecasts across North America, balancing hardware deployments and SaaS revenue. You will translate sales signals, project schedules and historical trends into actionable plans, partnering with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Success to ensure revenue predictability.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic hardware/SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, or related roles.
• Experience in a technology, hardware, SaaS, or hybrid business model preferred.
• Exposure to project-based or rollout-driven demand environments strongly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise customers or industries with seasonality is a plus.
• Familiarity with S&OP / IBP processes and cross-functional planning environments.
• Experience with forecasting and planning tools (Adaptive Planning, SAP IBP, Anaplan, Oracle, or similar) mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain statistically driven and consensus-based forecasts across NAM.
• Incorporate inputs from sales, pipeline, deployment schedules, and seasonality.
• Manage separate forecasting methods for hardware deployments and SaaS subscriptions.
• Support monthly S&OP cycle with cross-functional alignment and risk review.
• Drive continuous forecast accuracy improvements and data quality enhancements.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for visibility and decision making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Success teams.
