Job summary

Real Staffing is seeking a Demand Planner to support forecasting and demand planning activities across multiple business units. The role partners with commercial teams to develop accurate forecasts and improve demand visibility.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning, analyzing forecast performance, and supporting S&OP processes. SAP APO Demand Planning experience is requested.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Demand Planning experience.
• Experience with SAP APO Demand Planning.
• Strong forecasting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams.
• Analyze forecast performance and demand trends.
• Support demand review and S&OP processes.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias metrics.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting demand plans.
• Utilize SAP APO Demand Planning tools.
