Job summary

Crestron Electronics, a leader in automation and control solutions, seeks an experienced Demand Planner to drive strategic demand forecasting and inventory alignment. You will analyze market trends, forecast demand, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain to support sales objectives and high service levels.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in demand planning, strong data analytics, and proficiency with ERP and BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-3 years of experience in demand planning or related analytical roles.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros).
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
Experience with Kinaxis, SAP APO, Oracle Demantra or similar planning software.
Experience with integrated ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Expertise in quantitative forecasting methods (moving averages, regression, time-series).
Ability to interpret historical data and communicate forecasts clearly.

Responsibilities

Develop rolling demand forecasts using statistical models and BI tools.
Analyze historical sales, market trends, and promotions to improve accuracy.
Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management and Supply Chain.
Lead S&OP meetings to present forecast insights and reach consensus.
Prepare regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and variability.
