Old World Industries, LLC in Northbrook, IL is hiring a Demand Planning Analyst to develop and maintain forecasts, analyze sales trends, and provide actionable insights. The role partners with Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing to align demand with business objectives.

The candidate will build KPI dashboards in Power BI and Excel, identify variances, and support inventory strategies for finished goods and materials. This is a fulltime on-site role.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data modeling and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, AI driven forecasting tools, and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze KPIs to track demand planning and supply chain performance.
• Execute demand planning activities, loading and maintaining forecast data aligned with KPI targets.
• Support forecasting by analyzing demand trends and validating forecast updates for accuracy.
• Build and maintain KPI reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Identify, investigate, and report forecast variances, exceptions, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align demand signals with planning assumptions.
• Analyze product lifecycle trends to support transitions and portfolio optimization.
• Prepare clear reports and recommendations for leadership to aid decision-making.
