Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the end-to-end SIOP process and drive accurate demand forecasts. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to balance demand with supply, and enables executive decision-making through data-driven planning.

You will lead a team of planners, manage rolling 18-month forecasts, and implement standardized forecasting processes to support promotional activity and new product development.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning.
• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain planning or SIOP/IBP processes.
• Experience leading or mentoring planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of demand planners to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end SIOP process including all planning cycles.
• Own and direct the demand planning process using data, analytics, and business inputs.
• Maintain an 18-month rolling forecast period.
• Implement and standardize forecasting processes to support promotional alignment and New Product Development (NPD).
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on a consensus plan.
• Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Support implementation of planning systems and digital tools.
• Drive process improvements and standardization.
