Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to support the enterprise demand planning process and the SIOP cycle. You will develop forecasts, analyze data, and collaborate with Customer Operations, Global Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain Excellence to drive improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with 3+ years in demand planning and SIOP; strong Power BI and Oracle skills are preferred; travel ~20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; APICS certification desirable.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing; 3+ years in demand planning and SIOP.
• Strong technical aptitude with demand planning systems; knowledge in statistics, trends and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
• Lead monthly SIOP process; challenge forecasts with data-driven analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions for risks and opportunities.
• Monitor forecasting KPIs, bias, and volatility; drive continuous improvement.
• Become proficient in the demand management system and share best practices.
