Helen of Troy in New York, NY is seeking a Demand Planner to forecast and manage demand for OXO products within a structured hybrid work model. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to build accurate regional forecasts and inventory plans.

Responsibilities include leading monthly forecasts, developing SKU-level demand, and supporting S&OP processes while contributing to inventory strategies and KPI tracking in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, analytics or equivalent field.
• 4 years’ experience in supply chain in a consumer goods company.
• Sales and Operations Planning experience.
• Experience with inventory planning and demand/supply planning.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and demand planning for OXO sales and products.
• Develop regional category and SKU level demand plans.
• Analyze historical sales trends and forecast data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations.
• Support S&OP processes and KPI reporting.
