Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Demand Supply Planner in New York, NY, hybrid (onsite 3 days). You will forecast for OXO sales, build demand plans by region, channel, and SKU, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations.

You will maintain planning systems, analyze trends, and deliver monthly forecasts; contribute to inventory strategies and S&OP processes; strong Excel and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, analytics or equivalent field.
• 4 years’ experience in supply chain in a consumer goods company.
• Sales and Operations Planning process experience.
• Experience with inventory planning, demand and supply planning.
• Project management experience.
• MS Office, strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting activities for OXO Sales and Product.
• Create and maintain forecast and demand planning models by region, channel and customers.
• Prepare, review and distribute monthly sales/revenue forecasts by region and channel.
• Develop regional category, sub-category and SKU level unit demand plans.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers and develop statistical models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations.
• Maintain demand planning system and data integrity.
• Contribute to S&OP processes and leadership discussions.
• Deliver monthly Regional Sales Forecast and Regional Demand Plan.
