Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Demand Planner for OXO with strong forecasting and collaboration skills. This hybrid NYC-based role focuses on regional demand, inventory, and sales forecasts across multiple channels.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to build robust demand plans, maintain forecasting models, and support inventory strategies aligned with service level targets. A Bachelor's degree and 4 years in supply chain are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, analytics or equivalent field.
• 4 years' experience in supply chain in a consumer goods company.
• Sales and Operations Planning Process experience.
• Experience with inventory planning, demand and supply planning.
• Project management experience.
• MS Office, strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts for OXO Sales and Product and maintains forecast models.
• Develops regional category/sku level demand plans for stakeholders.
• Prepares monthly regional sales/revenue forecasts by region/channel.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Maintains demand planning system and data integrity.
• Supports S&OP processes and KPI reporting.
• Implements replenishment and inventory strategies with leadership.
